    Step1: Solving the first part
    Let the number missing be x. Now the equation can be return as
    6 cross times 5 space equals 3 cross times x
    We can divide both side by 3 to get the value of x.
    fraction numerator 6 cross times 5 over denominator 3 end fraction equals fraction numerator 3 cross times x over denominator 3 end fraction
    =>x = 2 cross times 5
    =>10
    So, the missing value is 10
    Step2: Solution for part second
    From the patter it can be seen that 3 groups of 4 is equal to 6 groups of 2
