Question

Choose the even number of models.

hintHint:

We will count all the individual units in the given options and check which one has an even number of models.
Even number- all numbers that when divided by 2, give a non-fractional number as the result are even numbers.
Odd number- Numbers that cannot be divided by 2 evenly i.e. Numbers that when divided by 2, give fractional numbers as the result are called odd numbers.

The correct answer is:

    TO FIND-

Even number of models from the given options.

    SOLUTION-
We observe from the given options that all the images are a set of dots in a collection of odd numbers (options a, b and c)-
    Option a: 5 dots (5/2 = 2.5, which is not a whole number).
    Option b: 7 dots (7/2 = 3.5, which is not a whole number).
    Option c: 7 dots (7/2 = 3.5, which is not a whole number).
    However, in option d-

There is a set 20 squares and 20 is an even number (20/2 = 10, which is a whole number). The rest of the options have an odd number of objects.
Hence, option d has even number of models.
    FINAL ANSWER-
Option 'd' is the correct answer to the given question.
