The correct answer is: $2 over 7 plus 4 over 7 plus 1 over 7$

Because sum of the numerators of the three different fractions = 2+4+1 = 7
$2 over 7 plus 4 over 7 plus 1 over 7 equals 7 over 7 equals 1$
