      In the question there is a picture of objects, using this picture we have to find the number of balls in the given picture.
      By starting the counting from 1 we have 7 balls in the first row and in the next row there are 8 balls.
      on adding 7 and 8 we get 13.
      So, the number of balls in the given picture is 13.
      Therefore the correct option is b, i.e., 13.
