    Step2: Now we will calculate the Total surface area by putting the values of r and l in the formula of total surface area
    Total Surface Area = pi r left parenthesis l plus r right parenthesis
    =>pi cross times 5 cross times left parenthesis 15.8 plus 5 right parenthesis
