    Firstly, we are given two lines,
    One is dotted, which intercept is -1,
    We have equation of slope which is , y = m x + b
    b = -1
    slope m = change in y/ change in x
    change in y = 3 so change in x =-3,
    m = 3/-3 = -1
    y = -1x -1
    so it is equality , and also it has dotted line then we not using the equal sign ( = ) , the inequality is,
    y > -x – 1 ,
    second is solid line, which is intercept is 4,
    We have equation of slope which is , y = m x + b
    b = 4
    slope m = change in y/ change in x
    change in y = 4 so change in x =4,
    m = 4/4 = 1
    y = x + 4
    so it is equality , and also it has solid line then we using the equal sign ( = ) , the inequality is,
    y ≥ x + 4
    Therefore, the correct answer is y > -x – 1 and y ≥ x + 4.

    y ≥ x + 4

    In this question , we have to find first equation of line. We used to equation of y of slope, y = m x + c . Where c is intercept which is 5 and for slope use slope formula and find change in y and change in x.
