Question

In figure, sides QP and RQ of triangle P Q R are produced to points S and T respectively. If angle S P R equals 135 to the power of ring operator end exponent and angle P Q T equals 110 to the power of ring operator end exponent comma angle P R Q=?

  1. 65 to the power of ring operator end exponent
  2. 35 to the power of ring operator end exponent
  3. 75 to the power of ring operator end exponent
  4. 30 to the power of ring operator end exponent.

hintHint:

The correct answer is: 65 to the power of ring operator end exponent

    In the question we were given with a triangle consisting of angles some internal and external we were asked to findangle P R Q

    PQT+PQR=180 (Straight angle made on line TR at point Q)
    110+PQR=180
    PQR=180110=70

    In PQR
    PSR=PQR+PRQ (Exterior angle of triangle is eqal to sum of two interior angles)
    135=70+PRQ
    PRQ=13570=65

    Hence choice A  is correct
