$fraction numerator 2 x minus 2 over denominator 4 end fraction$ +10 = x
∴ $fraction numerator 2 x minus 2 over denominator 4 end fraction$ = x - 10 ........................ (Subtracting 10 both the sides)
∴ 2x - 2 = 4x - 40 ...................... (Multiplying both sides by 4)
∴ 2x - 4x = -40 + 2
∴ -2x = -38 …....................... (Taking all variables and constants on either sides of the equation)
∴ x = -38/-2 ............................. (Dividing both sides by -2)
∴ x = 19

∴ Value of x for the given equation is 19.
