Simmons College, also known as Simmons University, is a private educational institute located in Boston, Massachusetts. The total enrolment is 1744 as recorded around the fall of 2020 in the undergraduate courses. The academic calendar of Simmons College is semester-based.

Established in 1899 by John Simmons, a clothing manufacturer, Simmons College is a women’s college for undergraduates as well as a co-ed college for graduates.

The college has the world’s first fully designed and equipped MBA program, especially for women.

Further in 2018, after the reorganization of the whole structure of the college, Simmons College has entailed the status of Simmons University.
