In the given figure,straight angle straight B colon straight angle straight C equals 2: 3. Find straight angle straight B.

Find ∠C in terms of ∠B using the given ratio .  We  know that in a triangle, the exterior angle is always equal to the sum of the interior opposite angles .

The correct answer is: ∠ B = 52°


    Step 1:-Find ∠C in terms of ∠B using the given ratio

    Given ,∠B :∠C = 2:3

    Then ∠C = 3 over 2 straight angle B
    Step 2:- Find ∠B
    We  know that in a triangle, the exterior angle is always equal to the sum of the interior opposite angles.

    ∠B +∠C = 130°

     ∠B +  3 over 2 straight angle B = 130°

      5 over 2 straight angle B = 130°  not stretchy rightwards double arrow straight angle B equals 2 over 5 cross times space 130 to the power of ring operator equals space 2 space cross times space 26 equals 52 to the power of ring operator

    ∴∠B =52°
