Question

Find the least number by which 85750 must be divided so that the quotient is a perfect cube?

hintHint:

Hint :- By prime Factorize the given number and we find the number to be divided so that the quotient is a perfect cube.

The correct answer is: 2

    Explanation :-
    Let's find the prime factorization of your number 85750
    85750 = 2 × 42875
    = 2 × 5 × 8575
    = 2 × 5 × 5 × 1715
    = 2 × 5 × 5 × 5 × 343
    = 2 × 5 × 5 × 5 × 7  49
    = 2 × 5 × 5 × 5 × 7 × 7 × 7
    2 space cross times 3 cubed space cross times 7 cubed
    we know that the number 3 cubed space cross times 7 cubed is a perfect cube .So we need to divide 85750 by 2 to make the quotient  a perfect cube
