The year 1929 marked the beginning of Quinnipiac University. Samuel and Irmagarde Tator founded this academic institution. They offer a total of 110 educational programs throughout its three campuses. According to the Georgetown University Centre, it was placed in the top three percent of all institutions.  

Mount Carmel Campus is located in Hamden, North Haven Campus is located in North Haven, and the York Hill Campus is located in Hamden, making up three sites for Quinnipiac University. Candidates must submit their applications online well before the deadline, fulfill the minimum grade point equivalent in the preferred program, and satisfy requirements about their level of English proficiency.

Conditions for Receiving a Student Visa If You Are an International Student 

To attend Quinnipiac University, all overseas candidates must secure a student visa. Applicants will be given an I-20 form by the institution, which may also be received through courier services such as FedEx. To complete this procedure, you will need the following documents:

  • A passport or verification paperwork for your health insurance
  • I-94 form
  • An address and a telephone number in the United States

Admissions to Quinnipiac University’s Undergraduate Programs  

Potential overseas students can submit applications for enrollment in Quinnipiac University’s undergraduate programs online. Before applying to one of Quinnipiac’s many undergraduate programs, applicants from other countries must keep the following information in mind. 

The following are the prerequisites for the application that eligible students must fulfill: 

  • Graduates from a senior secondary school or an equivalent institution have passed all the needed topics on their final exams.
  • The students must register on the electronic application site to finish their applications.
  • The students must produce electronic copies for the university to get their grades or rank sheets.
  • It is required that a description of the applicant’s academic work and ambitions be provided.
  • Suppose a student has not finished his senior secondary school via the use of English as the primary language of instruction. In that case, that student is required to take English proficiency tests and disclose his scores in the application.
  • Admission to Quinnipiac University is considered “Test optional” for most of its programs.
  • If a student wishes to get academic credit for coursework that was completed at an international university, they are required to submit a credit evaluation that has been translated into English through World Evaluation Services (WES)
  • Original Passport and Valid Visa
  • Certification of Finances – This is required exclusively for those who desire to apply for financial support.

 Admissions to Quinnipiac University’s Graduate Programs for International Students 

Candidates from other countries are welcome to submit their applications to study their program of choice, regardless of when they would like to begin. Interested students can apply until the end of 2020 to submit their applications for the spring and fall academic years 2021 and 2022. It is required that the document be transmitted through the e-mode (Online portal) method or another mode as appropriate.
