Texas A&M SAT Requirements 2021

After the COVID-19 pandemic conditions, Texas has changed its admission procedures. By 2021, by eliminating the academic admission option, it will automatically accept the application.

The current academic admission process permits candidates to welcome you automatically if you are ranked among the top 25% in your high school class and cover competitive scores.

As for the Texas A&M SAT requirements for 2021, a minimum of 1360 SAT scores with at least 660 scores in the reading and writing section, and 620 SAT scores in the Mathematics section, while a composite ACT score of 30 with at least 27 in English and 27 in Mathematics.

If you are among the 10% toppers of your class, Texas A&M schools can automatically admit the candidates from 2021. However, if you are not considered under this category, you may not qualify for automatic acceptance. Your application will proceed via a holistic review process in such a case.

Unlike other schools, Texas considers SAT scores in all your attempts equally. It means you have taken the SAT exam four to six times. You need to submit all your scores during admission. Out of all these attempts, Texas will consider your highest SAT scores on a single test date.
